I went to Lees to place my order and the staff was friendly .I placed my order for a Birthday party for my 2 sons it was a 20 piece dinner with 5 sides and when i got home they forgot to give me the baked beans with the order and the chicken was very greasy and the potato wedges were old and cold i also placed a order for a 8 piece chicken order and it looked like the chicken was sitting in the warmer to long and the cook was picking through the pieces for awhile probably picking out the older ones that were sitting to long.I spent almost 80.00 dollars for the order only to be disappointed with the food.When i called them for a small refund for the missing beans they said the MGR was not in but they took my name down so i could get the beans another time.I really do not think i will be going back there. I always order from them but i do not think i will be ordering from them again.The GM emailed me back to give me a credit for the order which i thought was very nice of him so i picked it up today for the Easter weekend he is a great GM.And this time the food was great i want to thank him so much for doing that for me.So i will be returning to the Livonia Lees for future orders.

1st time customer. We tried the 3 piece strips. The chicken was hot and fresh. Biscuit was tasty. The young lady that took our order was very helpful in explaining choices and also let us know how long this newer location has been open now. I would definitely come here again if in the neighborhood. Great Job Lee's Chicken

Yo this place SLAPS! The broasted chicken was fire – super crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. Fries were on point too. Definitely hit the spot. But fr, what made it even better was our waitress Nevaeh. She was super sweet, fast, and had great vibes. Made us feel real welcome. For real, I’m coming back. If you love good chicken, this is the spot!

Was headed back across the border and wanted some fried chicken for the road. Googled options and settled on this one. The chicken was tasty and really crunchy. The biscuit was top tier and if I had known, I would have added more on the side. The wedges are also delicious. I was pleasantly surprised and will be back the next time I'm in town!

I would like to pause from eating my dinner to write this. Tonight my family and I placed an online order. Lee's was busy but they got everyone through the line in a timely matter, as they always do. Soon we found out that the system had gone down, causing a bit of a delay..no worries! We got our food only 10 minutes after scheduled pick up time but once we pulled into the driveway of our house I noticed some of the items in my order were missing. Immediately I called and redirected myself back to Lees to have the order fixed. I spoke to the manager (I cant remember their name) and had the most genuine, polite response to my issue. With no hesitation they told me to come back and they'd have it fixed for me. I was missing 3 tenders and a coleslaw. They gave me 6 tenders, coleslaw, another box of biscuits and a brownie with an apology note ! I believe this establishment operates and runs just how every customer oriented business should. Thank you to the manager and staff for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. We will continue to come back and recommend this location to friends and family!

5/16/23 I was out with my best friend today and we were debating what to have for lunch and I decided to try out this New place for the first time. My friend had been there once before and said he enjoyed it and his recommendation is good enough for me. I ordered the 5 piece Chicken Strip Combo with two sides which were Potato Salad and Mac & Cheese. I comes with a Hot Buttered Biscuit and my beverage of which I choose my favorite - Sweet Tea . The biscuit was good and the potato salad was Amazing. The chicken strips were Phenomenal. Next time I want to try their Chicken Fried Steak Dinner which sounds incredible. I had mashed potatoes w/gravy, Mac & Cheese, a Biscuit and a Sweet Tea with mine. My friend Loved it and we both said that we would be going back again soon. The best chicken in town. I had two thighs and two drumsticks and for my sides Cajun rice and chicken noodle soup ooooo delicious...love this place! Let’s not forget there incredible soft tasty biscuits!
